Welcome to VICNORD Intranet
About this Intranet
The Victorian Network on Recreation and Disability (VICNORD) is
a statewide information and advocacy network
of people with disabilities, their carers and advocacy groups in relation to
recreation, sport, physical activity, tourism and the arts.
The VICNORD Intranet has been designed to facilitate statewide sharing of information
about inclusive sport and recreation opportunities.
There are three levels of access. The public level is open to anyone and requires
no registration. It allows anyone to search for inclusive sport and recreation
activities registered with the site on both a regional and statewide level.
Registration is required for both the Sport/Recreation Provider (S/RP) and
Access for All Abilities (AAA) Regional Provider levels. Any organisation providing
a program or having an interest in providing sport and recreation opportunities
for people with a disability can register for the S/RP. Only organisations that
are AAA Regional Providers will be approved for the AAA level. These levels
are not available for public access. For more information on how to register
for these levels go to 'Become
a Member'.
